Fortunoff, the JAF in Jaftex, and the first generation, started by building a business jobbing fabric. Eventually, Evertt Fortunoff, second generation, led the company into manufacturing fabric for women’s sleepwear.
Today, through the hard work and vision of Robert Fortunoff, third generation, and savvy strategies from Greg and Scott, fourth generation, the organization has flourished to become a significant player in the home sewing and quilting industry.
The values of family, charity and an acute business sense, for both the company and its customers, have always been and continue to be the foundation of this 90-year-old family business.
